Vicki joined Swiitch in 2015, bringing over 25 years of experience in the conveyancing industry. As a qualified Conveyancing Technician (CLC), she has helped thousands of clients move home.
Vicki has worked with both the Government and the Law Society, and is currently a member of the Law Society’s Land Law and Conveyancing Committee. She has won national and local awards for her dedication to the profession, and efforts to improve the conveyancing process; including Conveyancing Support Team Member of the Year at the British Conveyancing Awards. Vicki is also the founder of GRACE, an initiative designed to reduce the volume of conveyancing enquiries and speed up the home-moving journey.
In her current role as Head of Training and Knowledge, Vicki works closely with the Conveyancing Training Manager supporting the Swiitch Academy, and with the Business Support Manager looking to improve systems and process both for Swiitch, and for the industry as a whole.
