Ross is a Principal Associate (non-solicitor) and Team Manager based in our Northampton office, bringing a wealth of nearly two and a half decades experience in residential property law.
Over this time, he and his teams have delivered consistent excellence of customer service, and smooth, efficient progression of matters. Ross handles a wide range of diverse conveyancing cases, including freehold and leasehold matters, new-build properties, deeds of variation, lease extensions, right to buy and shared-ownership.
Ross has developed a specialist expertise in leasehold transactions, particularly those involving high-rise flats and the Building Safety Act. Ross is known for his practical approach and in-depth understanding of complex regulatory frameworks, making him a key point of contact for clients navigating modern leasehold challenges. His leadership and technical insight help drive consistent results and support across the team.
Outside of work, Ross takes a keen interest in travel, reading, sport and the cinema. Ross is husband to Karen, Daddy to Ethan and dog-dad to Murphy the Cockapoo.
