Rachel began her career in private client law in 2017, before transitioning to property law in 2020, where she developed expertise in residential purchases and sales, new builds, buy-to-let transactions, company property deals, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Her experience also includes acting for professional sportspeople, bringing discretion and professionalism to high-profile transactions. Rachel has led complex transactions and supported clients through every stage of the property process with precision and care.
In her current role, Rachel is responsible for managing conveyancing operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance and client satisfaction across all property matters. She is known for her commitment to client service, viewing each transaction not just as a process but as a journey shared with the client. Rachel leads a team based at the Fareham office, fostering a supportive environment where knowledge and experience are passed on to develop the next generation of legal advisors.
Rachel holds an LLB Honours Law degree, a Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Practice from CILEx, is an ACILEx member, and is currently completing her CLC qualification with just one exam remaining. Beyond her legal credentials, she is also a fully qualified beautician and holds a diploma in personal fitness, reflecting her diverse interests and dedication to personal growth.
Outside of work, Rachel cares for family members, enjoys travelling, ice-skating, and loves spending time with her three fur-kids — Tiko-Jax, Takarra-Rose, and Blitzen. A passionate NHL supporter, Rachel cheers on the Pittsburgh Penguins throughout the season.
