Now at the helm of training, heading our Swiitch Academy, Dawn is dedicated to nurturing and shaping the next generation of conveyancing professionals through our comprehensive in-house programme.
She specialises in mentoring and developing Assistant Paralegals, equipping them with skills, confidence, legal knowledge and practical know-how – essential for success in a fast-paced legal environment. Her training style expertly blends practical, real-world scenarios with structured learning, ensuring every trainee is well-prepared to deliver high-quality service from the outset.

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys walking, spending quality time with her family, and relaxing with her dog.
