Natalija has over seven years experience in residential property law. She has developed strong expertise across freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, Right to Buy schemes, and transfers of equity, frequently managing complex titles and lender-specific requirements.
Natalija is known for her methodical approach, precision, and strong understanding of compliance under the UK Finance Lenders’ Handbook and Land Registry practice guides. She works closely with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure transactions progress efficiently and with clarity at every stage.
Before joining Swiitch, Natalija handled a high volume of leasehold and trust-related conveyancing matters and gained experience in Building Safety Act and compliance.
Away from her desk, Natalija enjoys travelling, creative photography, and is also passionate about digital art.
